
If you are seeing a lot of Tahini in my videos that is becaue I am obsessed with it. Its a very good source of protein and you always have the option to make it sweet or savoury.
Ingredients:
Callaloo
Cooked Quinoa
Onions
Oregano
Grape-seed oil
Scotch bonnet pepper
Sea salt
To make the tahini base:
Mix a 2 table spoon of tahini with half lime and salt.
Preping instruction below:
Preparation:
Fry onions, Scotch bonnet pepper, callaloo.
Add coconut milk, Add salt leave to boil for 5mins on high heat
Add quinoa - cook for 5 mins
Ready to serve
Note: You can also eat this meal without tahini.
