OYSTER MUSHROOM

Unhealthy recipe alert!

This video was not suppose to make it on here but I had to share because this deep fried oyster mushroom sent my taste buds into an orgasmic realm. They tasted just as good and crunchy as real deep fried chicken.

Recipe + Ingredients

To make the batter, mix:

Cayanne pepper

Salt

Ginger powder

Spelt flour

Water

into a bowl and add the oyster mushrooms.

Fry in Grapeseed oil
