
If you have a dehydrator in your kitchen you will simply need to slice bananas and dehydrate.
If you do not have a dehydrator (myself included) but wants to enjoy delicious homemade banana crackers. Follow the instruction video below:
Prep:
Add banana
Grape syrup or agave syrup
Coconut milk
Spelt flour
Water and blend everything
Add a drop of grapeseed oil onto frying pan, your mixture and Make into pancake.
Slice pancake
Put on a tray, put into preheated oven on 180 degrees. Keep checking on texture until it becomes crackers-like.
